VIVIDA, from the Latin “vividus”, is the adjective that describes a vigorous, powerful, brilliant, and vibrant conduct. And we here at VIVIDA are exactly like this. VIVIDA & Partners was established in 2014 and is the result of the initiative of executives coming from the professional context of the Big Four, who have worked in the business community on complex "audit" and "advisory" engagements. The red thread that unites us consists of the values that we share, as a Team and with our stakeholders: the respect and the attention for the society, environment and community.
VIVIDA & Partners, through the VIVIDA Sustainability Reporting® brand, operating since 2012, decided to devote itself to the development of transparency in corporate disclosures, seen as the necessary tool for focalizing medium and long-term goals including different economic, environmental and social dimensions.
The expert members of VIVIDA & Partners participate to AIIA, with the aim of preserving their high professional level in the fields of Risk Management, Corporate Governance e Internal Audit. Organizations’ complexity, increasingly more operative in multinational realities, requires the ability of supporting our clients constantly, with a well-trained, efficient team.
VIVIDA & Partners is officially registered as Community member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and it actively supports the mission of the GRI to develop guidelines to Sustainability Reporting through a multi-stakeholder process.
Founding member of VIVIDA & Partners, he worked for EY S.p.A from 2002 to 2012 and is statutory auditor since 2007. In his previous work experience, he managed audit assignments on listed companies and multinationals. He also participated to EY’s Technical Directorate. Today, through VIVIDA & Partners, he's actively involved in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and participates to multi-stakeholder groups in the fields of Integrated Thinking and Integrated Reporting. Carlo was a member of the CSR Manager Network and a contract professor for Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
